You'll see why Ozzie wants to delay having the house painted until Thorny is out of town. Meanwhile, Ricky is given permission to redecorate his half of the bedroom---much to David's dismay.
The way that Thorny goes about threatening to sue Ozzie is funny:
"Of course, it'd be a dirty shame to waste this lovely weather in a musty old courtroom. I think my old friend Judge Hopkins is on the bench. The man you beat in the playoffs at the Rotary Club golf tournament. You know, the one you accused of kicking his ball out of the rough? Good old `Sorehead' Hopkins?"

The house
Quite right Michael,the set used for this show was a carbon copy of the Nelsons house,and the outside shots of it were indeed the actual 1916 built home they lived in.It has 4 bedrooms, so its a good question why the boys shared a room! I guess it was in the script to make them appear as an average family!
